To
schedule a lesson, just send an email and we'll tell you
if it's okay or not. You'll
need to request a lesson at least 24 hours before the time
you want. |

To
cancel a lesson, just send me an email or a Skype chat message
at least 1 minute before the lesson and you won't be charged
(most schools want 24 hours notice). |

3: |
If
you are late for a lesson, we will start the lesson from the
time you arrive. For example, if our lesson was scheduled from
1:00 pm to 1:50 pm and you arrived at 1:22 pm, then you would
only get a 28 minute lesson for that day. |

4: |
If
you miss a lesson and you did not notify us at least 1 minute
before the lesson time, then you will lose the money
for that scheduled lesson. |

5: |
If
you miss a scheduled lesson, you will not have access to the
lesson materials until the next scheduled lesson. |
| Part
6: |
Purchased
lessons will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase;
you must take all lessons
within this time or you will
loose those lessons. |
