1: |
After
you buy a package, Carol Webb (EnglishKitty.com's newest teacher)
will be your primary "writing instructor." The
two of you will communicate by email and Skype (if possible). |

2: |
The
number of words for an individual written project will be determined
AFTER Carol Webb has corrected your written work. For
example, let's say you bought a 1000 word package, and if
you send her a 100 word email to correct, and she sends it
back to you
with
a total
of 122
words,
then
122 words will be deducted from 1000, so 878 words would be
remaining in your package. Likewise, if you send a 100
word email for her to correct, and she sends it back to you
with
a total of 88 words, then
only
88
words
will be deducted from your package. |

3: |
You
can use your 1000, 2000, or 5000 word packages for any kind
of written work: emails, business reports, high school or university
papers, and anything else you might write. |
| Part
4: |
You
will have 60 days to send Carol your written projects. If
you bought a 1000 word package (for example) and you've only
sent her a total of 909 words, then if 60 days passes from
the date of purchase, you will lose 91 words (thus 91 words
will not
be corrected).

Part
5: |
Carol
will correct any projects that are 1000 words or less within
18 hours from the time you send it to her by email. If
your project is over 1000 words then it could take 2 to 7
days, but she will correct it as soon as possible. She
is very fast and professional.

6: You satisfaction is guaranteed. If you
are unsatisfied
with
anything, we will give you your money back. |
